A. Yes, we understand the needs of an independent agent and will work with you to do
     what is right for the insured.
Q. How do I begin the appointment process?
A. Getting appointed with ABCO Insurance Underwriters is easy, just follow these simple
     steps!
     - Complete Agency Profile and Producer Agreement Forms
     - Provide a copy of the principal agent’s 2-20 license and a copy of the Errors and
        Omission Declaration Page.
     - Fax documents to (866) 598-3274 or email to underwriting@abcoins.com
Q. Are there any fees or costs associated with getting appointed?
A. No, we welcome your business.
Q. Are there any commitments to remain active such as policy count or premium totals?
A. No, we do not require any minimum premium or volume commitment to remain active;
     we are here to assist you.
Q. How long will the appointment process take?
A. Your agency can be appointed within the same day to several business days. During
     that time you can still forward submissions for our review and we would be able to
     offer an indication prior to your appointment or a quote once you are appointed.
Q. Where do I send my submissions?
A. We have submissions@abcoins.com as our general inbox regarding new or renewal
     business. You will instantly receive an automated response advising we have
     received your submission, an underwriter is being assigned and the submission is
     being reviewed.
Q. What if I have a specific question regarding a policy, need to order loss runs, or
     request an endorsement?
A. You may contact your underwriter directly or you can reach us at (305) 461-2555 or
     at underwriting@abcoins.com.
Q. How will we receive our policies?
A. ABCO seamlessly transitioned to a paperless environment several years ago striving
     to make our service to you: prompt, efficient, innovative and environmentally
     friendly. We normally provide all binders, policies and invoices via e-mail
     transmission, but can accommodate fax or mail by request.
